Some background about this gifset creation
You see us coming : if the JET SLED got this treatment, why wouldn't STILT STALKERS and MEGALASER have also been given a release in a gift set box? So we created it!

In 1986, MATTEL sold 3 accessories on blisters cards.
JET SLED, MEGALASER & STILT STALKERS.
As you might know, only the JET SLED has found a way to make its way to toy stores in the form of the famous gif set below
"Fit stilts into bases"
But stilts are already fit into bases... So is it possible that at the time the illustration was made, the stilts needed to be assembled? And if that was the case, was it because they were sold disassembled to fit into a gift set? It's a probability.
