TOKYONEVER : For sure one of the very first one to get into customizing the Masters of the Universe line. Boxes, blisters, he started more than 20 years ago to recreate our favorite boxes and gift sets in the spirit of what MATTEL© was doing in the 80s.
X SELL A.K.A. Christophe : A passionate collector of vintage toys for as long as he can remember, specializing in the French production of the Masters of the Universe line.

The motto is simple: it doesn't exist? Let's make it! It's Impossible to find anymore? Let's recreate it! Based on these ideas, and with the desire to push the limits as far as possible, CROSS SELL ART was born.
WHO ARE WE?
The toys you will find in our boxes are authentic vintage toys. NO REPRODUCTION AT ALL. We pay them the market price, and we always try to find toys in a condition as close to new as possible. Condition will allways be mint/near mint. No rare variations, just quality.

Despite the extremely high level of quality of the boxes we offer, it's just fan art. Above all, we have always been passionate about the range of toys that we still highlight today.

It’s crucial not to flood the market with fake boxes. All our products are clearly labeled as reproductions. Above all, we’re vintage toy enthusiasts, and the goal is simply to offer mint boxes and giftsets at affordable prices that are now impossible to find for your collection.
Each box is completely cleaned and restored with Photoshop. If needed, and thanks to our archives, the box is reworked from the original artwork. Logos are cleaned up and repositioned in their original place. A Cross Sell Art box is a box that is in every way true to the original, as if it came straight from a factory case back in the day.

HOW DO WE WORK?
Each box is factory-made, just like back in the day. Picking a factory that could do this work in 2026, choosing the right paper weight... It took a bit of time and needed some advice from professionals.
Once these steps were completed, production was able to start. Each box is produced in 50 copies, faithfully matching exactly how they were when they were released in the 80s.
A careful check of each board produced
Each board is checked by a professional under a magnifying glass. Shades of black, color balance, overall colorimetry : everything has to match the original file, everything has to be perfect.
